Bespoke software that has to work
We build the operational systems people depend on every working day — enforcement platforms, inspection systems, tools that carry real money and real obligations. Then we support them for as long as you run them.
Building software for other people’s businesses since 1995.

What we do
Bespoke software
Software built around how your organisation actually works, rather than a process reverse-engineered to fit someone else’s product. We take on the whole thing — discovery, architecture, build, and the long support relationship afterwards.
Most of our work replaces one of two things: a spreadsheet that has grown past what a spreadsheet can safely do, or an off-the-shelf system that fits about 70% of the job.
Security
We build systems that hold personal data, financial records, and evidence that may be challenged months after the fact. That shapes how we build: audit trails as standard, UK hosting by default, and client data that stays in the UK.
If your buyers, insurers or regulators are asking harder questions about your systems than they used to, that’s a conversation worth having.

Support and maintenance
Systems we wrote fifteen years ago are still in production, still supported by the people who built them. Most suppliers treat support as what happens once the interesting work is finished. We treat it as the whole point — it’s why clients stay, and why their systems don’t quietly rot.
When something breaks you call us. Not a ticket queue, not an account manager, not someone reading your system’s documentation for the first time.

Why people work with us
-
Trading since 1995. Software you commission needs to still be supported in five and ten years, and that requires a supplier who is still trading. We have been building and supporting production systems since 1995, through several complete turns of the technology cycle. Our company record is public and you’re welcome to check it.
-
A small team producing more than a small team should. We build with AI tools throughout our own delivery, including the security scanning platform behind our assurance service. It’s why a team this size can take on the work it does — and why we can be straight with you about where these tools earn their place and where they create exposure you don’t want. Every system we build keeps a person in the loop by design.
-
You talk to the person who designs the system. There is no account manager layer and no handover to a delivery team you never met. Small, senior, and directly accountable.
-
We are honest about what we don’t know. You will get a straight answer on scope, on cost, and on whether a project is a good idea at all. Occasionally the right advice is that you don’t need bespoke software.
-
UK-based and UK-hosted. Data stays in the UK. We’re an hour from London when a meeting has to happen in a room, and remote-first the rest of the time — clients from Cornwall to Liverpool.
Sectors
We do our best work where getting it wrong has consequences.
-
Parking and enforcement — permit management, enforcement workflow, and the reporting that has to stand up when a decision is challenged.
-
Property and inspections — inventory, condition reporting, and evidence capture in the field.
-
Universities and the public sector — operational systems procured through recognised frameworks, built to survive an audit.
-
Operations-heavy SMEs — 20 to 500 staff, running a process that no product on the market quite fits.
If you’re not on that list, it isn’t a barrier. It’s just where our instincts are sharpest.
Start a conversation
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can help, roughly what it would cost, and what we’d want to look at first.
If you’d like to speak to an existing client before you speak to us, ask. We can usually arrange it.
