You’ll speak to Jon. Not a salesperson, not a qualifier. The person who would design the system.
We’ll be straight about fit. If an off-the-shelf product would serve you better, we’ll say so on the first call.
No sales sequence. One conversation, and we won’t chase you. If the timing isn’t right, we’ll send you something useful once a month and nothing else — only if you ask us to.
Useful things to have ready
Not required, but they make the first conversation more productive:
- What the process looks like today, however messy
- Roughly how many people touch it
- What triggered you to look for help now
- Whether there’s a deadline — a renewal, an audit, a contract, a system being retired
