Our work

Our work

We’re preparing detailed case studies with our clients’ permission. Until those are published, here is an honest account of what we build — without the names.

We’d rather show you nothing than show you something we hadn’t been given permission to show.

Parking enforcement and permits

Sector
national parking enforcement operator
Status
live, in daily production use, supported by us

Permit issuing, enforcement workflow, and the reporting behind it. The system handles the full lifecycle from application through to the evidence pack that has to stand up when a penalty is challenged.

The hard part was never the software. It was the fact that a decision made in the system may be reviewed months later by someone who wasn’t there, which means every action has to carry its own audit trail without slowing the person on the ground down.

Property inventory and inspections

Sector
property services
Status
live, in daily production use, supported by us

Inventory and condition reporting for lettings, built around inspectors working on a phone in an empty flat with poor signal.

Field-first design changes almost every decision: what happens offline, how much typing a person does standing up, how photographic evidence is captured and tied to a specific item, and how a report that will be argued over gets generated without manual assembly.

Operational systems for SMEs

Sectors
manufacturing, e-commerce fulfilment
Status
live

The recurring pattern: a business that has outgrown its spreadsheets, where the real process lives in one experienced person’s head and the risk of that person leaving has become uncomfortable.

These projects are less about technology than about getting an undocumented process written down accurately for the first time. The software is often the easy half.

Our own tooling

We build for ourselves too, which is where a lot of our AI-delivery experience comes from.

Our security scanning platform — the engine behind our monthly assurance service — was built in-house using AI-assisted development throughout. It’s the first tool we’ve owned rather than delivered for a client, and it’s a reasonable proof that the way we work produces something real.

Named case studies are coming

We’re going through the permission process with clients now. When those are published, they’ll include named organisations, real figures, and attributed quotes.

In the meantime, if you’d like to speak to an existing client about working with us, ask. We can usually arrange it.
